Testimonials

Carolyn provides an exemplary service. The previous month  we took a similar trip from ONT to Dallas. When Carolyn  made the connection we saved about $500, and had better departure and arrival times. It’s nice not having to leave in the wee hours of the morning and to come home in daylight hours.

Carolyn has been helping me with my travel since 2015, when she booked a cruise for me, along with family and friends, to celebrate my 50th birthday. Since then, I’ve relied on her again and again because she truly listens, pays attention to details, and makes travel planning feel easy.

In 2024, she put together a wonderful vacation in Kauai for my best friend and me—carefully considering our preferred flight schedules, choosing a hotel in the best location for weather, arranging our car rental, and keeping everything within our budget.

But the most meaningful trip she helped me plan was in November 2017, when my son was spending a semester of college studying in Milan, Italy. Carolyn’s input on everything—air, lodging, train travel, and recommendations for places to visit—made this adventure with my son an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend Carolyn as a travel advisor. She takes your ideas, brings them to life, and helps create the best trip possible.

Carolyn Fletcher is the best travel advisor ever!!!!!

There truly are not enough positive adjectives to describe how amazing Carolyn is. First and foremost, she genuinely cares about her clients—not the commission. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and then goes above and beyond to make it happen, down to the smallest detail.

Our relationship with Carolyn began in 2015, when she planned an incredible 16-day trip to Australia for us over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged—from our beautiful harbor-view hotel room in Sydney to tours of the Opera House, a Sydney city tour, and a boat cruise in the harbor. She included a full-day excursion to the Blue Mountains where we experienced breathtaking scenery and wildlife, a wine-tasting tour, snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef, and even time for several days of golf at a top resort. And I was able to cuddle a koala!

She also has a way of solving problems before they become disasters. When we had critical business deadlines at the end of December and the internet at our resort wasn’t working, Carolyn stepped in immediately. She contacted the property, and a modem was delivered directly to our room so we could meet our deadlines. That kind of care and responsiveness is priceless.

In recent years, my husband has needed to travel in a wheelchair, and Carolyn has continued to make what could be complicated travel feel seamless. In 2024, she planned a 14-day Italy trip for us that was truly the trip of a lifetime. When our original Mediterranean cruise did not have accessible staterooms available, she quickly found a comparable cruise that did. She then arranged three days in Rome before the cruise and three days in Venice afterward, with beautiful wheelchair-accessible hotels, smooth transfers, and private accessible tours of the Colosseum, Vatican, and Sistine Chapel. In Venice, we enjoyed St. Mark’s Square, a private accessible water taxi cruise along the Grand Canal, and visits to Murano and other islands. She also arranged accessible excursions in several cruise ports, including a full-day tour of the Amalfi Coast.

In 2025, she planned another incredible 13-day trip for us, cruising out of Barcelona with multiple stops, again ensuring accessible pre and post-cruise hotels, transfers, and tours not only in Barcelona but in every port along the way. She even coordinated travel for my sister and brother-in-law, who joined us to help with Jack, making sure all of our plans worked together perfectly.

No matter where we go, we are treated like royalty. Even the accessible tours are first-class, and we always feel confident that we are receiving the very best travel experience possible.

We always go back to Carolyn—and we always will.  In fact, she is currently helping us plan a trip to Puerto Rico this year. Do yourself a favor: don’t just travel safely…travel extraordinarily.

Most sincerely,
Kandra

Carolyn has been helping with my travel for several years, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours. Last year she planned every detail of my trip to London, and it was truly an experience of a lifetime.

My hotel was perfectly located—about a 15-minute walk from Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. In addition to the major sights I wanted to see, Carolyn suggested experiences I never would have planned on my own, like afternoon tea at Fortnum & Mason, Romeo and Juliet at Shakespeare’s Globe, Fiddler on the Roof, and an unforgettable trip to Stonehenge.

Carolyn listened carefully to my preferences and designed an itinerary that matched my style of travel. I wanted to walk as much as possible, so she organized each day by neighborhood to make everything easy and enjoyable. She also secured tickets ahead of time—including timed museum entries—so I didn’t waste precious time standing in lines.

One of my favorite days included the Tower of London, a tour of Shakespeare’s Globe, Tower Bridge, dinner at the Swan restaurant, and then Romeo & Juliet at the Globe. It was such a fun and unique production—even my sister (an English major!) was envious of the experience.

The highlight of my trip was Stonehenge. Carolyn arranged a tour that included Bath and an after-hours visit to Stonehenge, where our small group was able to walk among the stones with expert guides. It was incredible and something I will never forget.

Carolyn’s attention to detail made my London trip seamless, special, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend her as a travel advisor.

I have always planned and booked my own travel, including a very important trip to Normandy, France, for the 70th Anniversary of D-Day in June 2014. I booked my hotels a year in advance and secured my flights as early as possible.

In May, just weeks before departure, I received a poorly translated email from one of my hotels explaining that on D-Day itself, all travelers driving within the security zone would need a special pass—available only locally—to access the beaches and even travel between hotels.

I contacted Carolyn because I knew she spoke French and specialized in travel to France. She immediately reached out to my hotels and local authorities, and within a few days everything was arranged. She even secured passes for my wife and me to attend the D-Day ceremonies at the American Cemetery.

Carolyn truly saved our trip. I highly recommend her services as a travel agent.
